This Spring in DC. Lots of Photoshop workshops, special events, and a free expo if you happen to be in the area.

The expo includes about 20 free classes with presenters from the various vendors and trainers who do the main conference workshops.

There are pre-con sessions as well, for extra bucks, of course, but they are 4-6 hours long and focused on a particular subject. Details at PhotoshopWorld.com
